Michelle Claster Jacobson LCSW- I graduated from Beaver College, (renamed Arcadia University) in1982 with a B.A. in psychology and a minor in music. In 1987 I graduated with an MSW from New York University's Sliver School of Social Work with a clinical focus on Children, Adults and Families.
As a licensed, clinical social worker (LCSW) I have had 25 years of experience working in schools, hospitals, agencies and Private Practice. In 1991 I started my private practice, Child and Family Therapy Associates, in Palm Beach
Gardens, Florida. Previously, I worked at The Palm Beach Day Academy as the School Counselor/Therapist. During my time at the Academy, I worked with students individually, in the classroom and in groups. I also launched
two groups ,“Parents on Topic”, and “Chats with Michelle”. Additionally, I gave presentations to the parents and teachers about ADHD, and Anxiety in children. I also enjoy working with adults individually and
as couples. I focus on empowering adults by teaching them to use their strengths to reach their potential . I believe that when adults feel confident about who they are, they will make good decisions for themselves in
